Terms of Service

The service

Wevettd lets recruiters create one-way video interviews, invite candidates via a link, and receive an AI-generated assessment of each recorded answer. The assessment is advisory: it supports, and does not replace, a recruiter's own judgement and hiring decision.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your login credentials secure. Each workspace is isolated; you must not attempt to access another workspace's data. You must have the authority to invite the candidates you contact and a lawful basis to process their data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Wevettd for unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive hiring practices.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Rely on AI assessments as the sole basis for a decision that legally requires human review.

Candidate data and consent

Candidates are shown a clear consent notice and must explicitly agree before recording. Recruiters are responsible for handling candidate data lawfully, including responding to access and deletion requests. Anyone can submit a request through our data request form.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Wevettd available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wevettd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
